Christmas Day Bookings
Father Christmas is busy and so is our team, so to ensure this special day goes without a hitch a non-refundable deposit of £20pp is required to secure your booking on Christmas Day. This will then be deducted from your pre-payment, which needs to be made by December 1st. We will call all Christmas Day bookings on your provided number within 3 days to take the deposit, and then by 1st December to take full payment and your pre-order. Alternatively you can pop in if easier for you. Please note bookings are not finalised and a table not allocated until a deposit is paid. Bookings taken during December will need to make full payment at the time of booking and a pre-order within 3 days.
Festive Menu Bookings
A non-refundable deposit of £10pp is required for a booking from the Festive Menu. This will be deducted from your final bill on the day or refunded to the card it was paid on. We will call all Festive Bookings 10 days prior to your visit to take payment and your pre-order. Bookings with a shorter time between booking and their visit will be contacted within 24 hours to pay a deposit. Alternatively you can pop in if easier for you. Please note bookings are not finalised and a table not allocated until a deposit is paid.
